ADA INFO:

• The Great Saltair is ADA accessible with a dedicated viewing section for those with any ADA needs. Limited seating will be provided for those that may need it. No special ticket is needed to access this area.
• Patrons may fill out our ADA accommodation form to reserve their space ahead of time.
• Check in with Saltair security upon arrival for accommodation services and ADA parking areas.

PARKING INFO:

• On site paid parking only 
• Designated rideshare pickup/drop off area also onsite
• Parking passes can be purchased online or at the gate with cash or card.
• Parking is first come first served – purchasing a parking pass does not guarantee a spot within the main lot.
  
  • Always plan to arrive before doors open to help give time to park and get through security.
  • Check local traffic reports for real time updates.
• Helpful hint: All areas outside the gates of The Saltair main lot or overflow lot is a strictly no-parking zone. Vehicles parked on offramps or bridges pose a safety risk and will be towed at the owner’s expense.

• Saltair is an open-air venue
• No re-entry is permitted once admitted to the event
• Standing room only – No seating
• See homepage for outdoor amphitheater or indoor events
• Age limits are listed for individual show. For all-ages shows, minors under the age of 13 will be asked to be escorted by a guardian.
• Full bar – Beer and liquor
• Types of payment accepted: cash or card
• ATM on site
• Saltair security reserves the right to search all patrons upon entering the building.
• No backpacks or large bags larger than 6”x8” – fanny packs are okay
• No outside drinks of any kind, weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, and mace), professional cameras, videos, or recording devices, or laser pointers.
  

  TICKET INFO:

• The Great Saltair is a rental venue – Show ticket inquiries, refunds, or questions are deferred to ticket retailer for the individual show (Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, etc.)
• Show Cancellations: No-refund policy on parking fees upon for event cancellation once vehicles are parked.
•  If an artist needs to cancel, reschedule, or modify an event, all ticket holders will receive an email notification from the ticket retailer with detailed information & options.
